Over the years, it has become a place of gathering, tradition, and fine cuisine, keeping alive the passion for warmly welcoming everyone who visits us.
On the walls of our restaurant, you will find photographs of many of those who visited us year after year since 1982.
In the 1990s, with the beginning of the digital era, printed photographs gradually disappeared, giving way to digital galleries.

The Palladium Restaurant Photo Gallery is a true celebration of our passion, not only for gastronomy but also for hospitality. Upon entering this space, you will be transported on a sensory journey that goes beyond taste. Each image captures the welcoming atmosphere we offer our guests.
There are nothing more, nothing less than 42 years of history, filled with good times and excellent friendships that have lasted all these years.
Unfortunately, it has not yet been possible for us to gather all the available photographic records as the vast majority are on paper and most of the photos are displayed in the restaurant.
Our menu
Bearing in mind that in Guia chicken piri-piri is the main choice for 90% os the visitors, here in Palladium we follow the trend and offer, at the same time some meat and fish options in a short selection but we rathaer do so with good quality and fresh products.
By prior order we can provide some specialties, like meat or fish Cataplanas, Rabbit stew, oven baked Fish, Pork “Alentejo Style”, with fries and clams, Tofu and Seitan for fans of vegan food.
